Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LoudScribe (“Service”), operated by LoudScribe Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

LoudScribe is an AI-powered thought leadership platform that helps individuals, teams, and agencies turn industry signals into social media content. The Service includes signal discovery, draft generation, review workflows, autopilot scheduling, and analytics across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

2. AI-Generated Content

LoudScribe uses AI-generated content (produced by third-party AI providers such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to create draft posts based on your voice profile and selected signals. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You must not publish AI-generated content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

3. Interim Posting Method

Where direct API access to social media platforms is unavailable during the MVP period, we may offer an interim posting method that uses encrypted session cookies to post on your behalf. By enabling this feature, you authorize LoudScribe to store and use your encrypted platform session credentials solely for the purpose of publishing approved drafts. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Connections settings. We store all credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption and never share them with third parties.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

5. Billing and Subscription

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax/VAT compliance. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms of service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features and data associated with the higher tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish spam, misinformation, or content that violates platform community guidelines
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in ways that degrade performance
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using LoudScribe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service. The LoudScribe platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Anthropic, OpenAI, Paddle, Supabase, and others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow export, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
